- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I visited this location to get a consultation on birth control methods. The receptionists are excellent over the phone and the ones at the desk but the nurse and doctor I saw were abrasive. The doctor tried to talk me out of the birth control method I want and basically made me feel unwelcome. It felt like she was judging me for wanting birth control. The enviornment felt better suited for elderly and middle aged people. I also had a UTI and other symptoms at the time of my visit. The UTI was addressed with a urine sample because I called in ahead to have that added to my appointment but my other symptoms were brushed aside, when I was genuinely concerned about them. That was not the primary reason for my visit but I felt rushed and not well cared for. It makes me want to go through the consultation process over again someplace else so I don't have to get the birth control procedure done here.December 02, 2016by Jessica Bennett
